Nuclear Pharmacy Manager

As a Nuclear Pharmacy Services Nuclear Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee and be accountable for the operations and financial results of the assigned pharmacy(s), ensuring appropriate customer service is provided and optimal use of resources is attained. Additional duties include: overseeing the Radiation Safety Program, participating in the sales process and directing all operational activities as well as all human resources and finances associated with the pharmacy(s) for which direct responsibility is held.

Nuclear Staff Pharmacist

As a Nuclear Pharmacy Services Staff Nuclear Pharmacist, you will provide high-tech pharmacy services by preparing, dispensing and distributing quality radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers on a timely basis. Additional duties include: taking telephone orders from Nuclear Pharmacy Services clients, performing quality control tests, packaging doses for shipping to customers and providing follow up service to clients or health care providers on an as-needed basis.

Director of Long Term Care and Compounding Pharmacy

Director of Long Term Care and Compounding Pharmacy, Medicine Shoppe International: The Pharmacy Solutions Department provides professional services and niche business resources to franchisee and corporate pharmacies within Medicine Shoppe International (MSI). The Director of Long Term Care and Compounding Pharmacy is responsible for the development, training, and implementation of Long Term Care programs and Compounding Pharmacy as niche business units in the community pharmacy practice. This individual is responsible for gathering and organizing the resources necessary to create a method of offering operational excellence. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Setting goals and measuring results of initiatives *Coordinating marketing materials to generate business for franchisees *Meeting with franchisees in the field to help them generate contacts and develop business plans *Meeting with facility decision makers regarding potential contracts *Preparing contract proposals, RFP’s, and negotiating preferred vendor contracts on behalf of Medicine Shoppe International stores *Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions *Setting up workflow and packaging systems in pharmacies *Attending association meetings and trade shows, retail business conferences, Medicine Shoppe International meetings *Presenting information to top management, public groups and individual and groups of franchisees *Training corporate Regional Operations Managers to work with corporate pharmacists *Training field representatives to work with franchisees **Required Education: Bachelors Degree or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy Additional Required Qualifications: *3+ years in the Long Term Care field in either direct patient care or administration, or combination of direct patient care and administration *Experience in the area of compounding pharmacy is also preferred. *Ability to negotiate best terms and prices for equivalent goods and services. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables *Effective response expertise in the areas of sensitive inquiries or complaints. *Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities *Basic computer, word processing, spread sheet and database software skills are required.
